Gene Rath is a partner who focuses his practice on patent and trademark litigation. He has been involved in all stages of litigation in numerous federal courts, in state courts and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Rath earned a J.D. degree, with honors, from Drake University and a B.S. in chemical engineering from Iowa State University. A member of Price Heneveld® since 1996, he is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Rath is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
