Gunther J. Evanina

Gunther Evanina's focus is in patent preparation and prosecution, and preparation of validity and infringement opinions in the chemical arts – particularly pharmaceuticals, medical devices and polymer technologies. Before joining Price Heneveld® in 1995, he did similar work with law firms in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio. From 1985-1990, he supervised the chemical services laboratory for the Detroit-based public utility known then as Michcon. Mr. Evanina earned a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Detroit College of Law and B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. His memberships also include the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association. Circuit Bar Association.
