Jason Budd has a broad practice involving all aspects of intellectual property law but primarily litigation. Before joining Price Heneveld® in early 2005, he was a member of the litigation group at Varnum Riddering Schmidt & Howlett LLP in Grand Rapids. He previously served as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for various judges of the Kent County Circuit Court. Mr. Budd earned a J.D. from the University Of Illinois College Of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, with high honors, from Michigan State University. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and admitted to practice before Michigan State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
