Jason Budd has a broad practice involving all aspects of intellectual property law but primarily litigation. He previously served as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for various judges of the Kent County Circuit Court. Mr. Budd earned a J.D. from the University Of Illinois College Of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, with high honors, from Michigan State University. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
