Marcus P. Dolce

Marcus Dolce concentrates his practice on foreign patent prosecution, procurement, licensing and enforcement of patents for mechanical inventions and registration and enforcement of trademarks. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Dolce worked as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where his duties included examining patent applications in the sealing and display arts. Mr. Dolce earned a J.D. degree with a concentration in intellectual property from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. degree, with Honors, in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He is registered to practice before both the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Canadian Patent Office. In addition, he is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
