Randy Litton's focus is in Intellectual Property litigation involving all areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, licensing and international trade. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and joined Price Heneveld® in 1965 after working as a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiner. Mr. Litton earned a J.D. degree from George Washington University where he was on the editorial staff of the George Washington Law Review. Mr. Litton holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Grand Rapids and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and numerous federal and state appellate and trial courts.
