Todd Van Thomme’s practice covers the entire intellectual property lifecycle, from procuring patents, trademarks and other intellectual property to licensing intellectual property to resolving intellectual property and Internet-related disputes. His science specialty areas include pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food science, polymer chemistry and Internet technologies. Mr. Van Thomme joined Price Heneveld® in 1997, after earning a J.D., with honors, from Drake University and a B.S. in chemistry from Iowa State University. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; is admitted to the state bars of Michigan and Iowa; and is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association.
