Andrea Zydron Warmbier is involved in all areas of intellectual property law including litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, and drafting patent validity and infringement opinions. Prior to joining Price Heneveld®, she worked as a Summer Associate at a Southfield, Michigan law firm. Ms. Warmbier also served as an Intern for the Honourable Paul Macklin, P.C., Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada. In May 2005, Ms. Warmbier graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and received a J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law. She also received a B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Chemistry, with a minor in Spanish, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2002. Ms. Warmbier is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She is admitted to practice before the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Grand Rapids Bar Association and Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
