The attorneys at Price Heneveld^® are encouraged to and do regularly participate in a variety of educational activities and programs to ensure that all of our attorneys keep abreast of the most recent developments in the law. Our attorneys regularly attend a wide array of continuing legal education seminars and programs covering specific developments in intellectual property law generally, as well as seminars and programs on related topics such as licensing, international patent law, and the application processes in various countries, pharmaceutical law, and the laws surrounding emerging technologies such as the internet. Our attorneys further participate in regularly scheduled internal seminars specifically designed by our attorneys in-house and other presenters, which typically delve into still greater detail than the usual external continuing education programs and seminars. The internal programs are also directed toward specifics of all areas of intellectual property law that may not be adequately addressed in recent external programs.

To ensure that our attorneys develop the required legal knowledge and capabilities, Price Heneveld^® requires its associate attorneys to participate in a formal training program that is tailored to the level of experience of the individual attorney. The development of each associate at Price Heneveld^® is closely monitored by experienced mentors, thereby ensuring proper progression of the attorney in meeting specific practice requirements.
