Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) issues Epidemic Order effective Wednesday, November 18, 2020
On Sunday, November 15th, 2020, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) issued an Epidemic Order effective November 18th to address the increase in spread of COVID-19 in the West Michigan community. The order emphasized remote working for offices unless attendance is strictly required to perform job duties.
While many of our team members will be working remotely, some attorneys, docketing staff, and international specialists will be on-site to handle projects that require strict in-person attendance. Our office has adopted mitigation strategies recommended by the CDC and those procedures will stay in place.
Price Heneveld clients will continue to receive routine reminders and correspondence from us. We will continue to monitor deadlines we are aware of and will handle all matters without interruption. Our work product will remain high quality in which our clients are accustomed to. We will resume full in-person operations and regular business hours when the MDHHS provides guidance indicating it is safe to do so.
This page will be updated as new information becomes available. Please contact our attorneys and agents directly via email if you need assistance during this time.
