ABOUT COURTNEY
Courtney Lapekes is an International Patent Specialist with the firm and has been part of the team since 2013. She has experience with the filing of new foreign patent applications worldwide, i.e., European Patent Convention (EPC), Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), National, and non-convention cases. Courtney has extensive knowledge in foreign filing requirements, and monitoring and docketing patent applications during prosecution. She also maintains the patent data base regarding maintenance fee dates and status of U.S. patents. Courtney provides essential and specialized client and attorney support through all aspects of foreign patent filing.
Courtney studied Legal Office Administration at Grand Rapids Community College and brought over 11 years of intellectual property law experience to Price Heneveld.
