Terry Callaghan’s focus is in the procurement, licensing and enforcement of patents for mechanical, optical, electrical and computer hardware and software-related inventions, as well as the registration and enforcement of trademarks.
Brian counsels clients primarily in the mechanical, medical, and automotive technology areas and has extensive experience managing large and complex intellectual property portfolios for cutting-edge, technology driven organizations including privately held multi-national corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
Russell F.S. Franks
Russell Franks joined Price Heneveld in 2022 as a patent attorney. Prior to joining, he accumulated eight years of experience in an Am Law 200 firm, working initially three years as a clerk through law school and subsequently five years as an attorney.
Matt Gipson is a partner of the firm. His practice focus is in the procurement, licensing and enforcement of patents for chemical, bio-tech and mechanical inventions; patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation; and registration and TTAB proceedings concerning trademarks.
Kevin Grzelak’s practice includes all areas of intellectual property including patent, trademark and copyright matters.

Alex joined Price Heneveld in 2022 shortly after passing the State Bar of Michigan exam in summer of 2022.
Kevin joined Price Heneveld as a Law Clerk in 2017 and passed the State Bar of Michigan exam in the summer of 2019.  Kevin has prepared patent applications and responses to Office Actions, participated in Examiner interviews, and conducted various patentability searches, clearances, and invalidity investigations.

Steven Underwood is an intellectual property law litigator who, for over two decades, has led or participated in more than seventy lawsuits in federal courts around the country involving patents, trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights, including several successful appearances before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mark joined Price Heneveld in 2021 after becoming a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He has over three years of experience as an Intellectual Property Intern specializing in patents and has been a registered patent agent since 2019.
