Aaron J. Wong




Aaron Wong is a partner of the firm focusing on trademark and patent matters for a variety of clients. Aaron has extensive experience in trademark matters and has successfully represented clients in procuring, protecting and licensing their brands. Aaron has also represented clients in various trademark proceedings, such as cancellation and opposition proceedings, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Aarons practice also includes all areas of patent procurement and enforcement, as well as patentability, non-infringement and invalidity opinions. Aaron’s experience includes representation of clients involved in various technological fields, such as automotive interiors, home appliances, medical devices, office furniture, horticultural devices, thermoplastic and injection molding procedures and products, craft brewing, gaming and food science related technologies.

Aaron is the Founder and past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Aaron has served on the board of the IP Section for the State Bar of Michigan and has represented Price Heneveld as a member of the Grand Rapids Diversity Collaborative Retention Committee. Within the community, Aaron is a trustee for the Spectrum Health Foundation Board of Trustees, and is the Founder and past Chair of the Spectrum Health Community Council.
