Gail Lane is an Intellectual Property Specialist and has been with Price Heneveld since 2019. Gail brought to the firm nine years of prior experience in domestic patent and trademark prosecution and intellectual property litigation.  Gail is proficient in docket management, patent search processes, drafting client and foreign associate communications, drafting United States Patent and Trademark Office communications, and supporting all aspects of domestic patent and trademark application filing and prosecution, including National Stage applications.

Gail has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Business from Lansing Community College, both from American Bar Association-approved Legal Assistant programs.
